About IRC

The IRC is a full service immigration center providing immigration services and legal advice in the following practice areas: Immigration and Naturalization Law, Business Immigration, Employment Immigration, Family Immigration Law, Labor Certification, Asylum, and Removal/Deportation Proceedings. In addition, we provide professional services and legal consultation to corporations and Multi-Cultural Diversity Training. We also conduct seminars and training in the areas of "Immigration Interview Preparation", "English as a Second Language," and Naturalization Exam Review.

The IRC's founder and chief legal counsel Rhoshunda R. Rhodes is a graduate of the Southern University Law Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She is licensed to practice law in the federal courts of the United States, Louisiana, and Georgia. In addition to immigration and nationality law, Ms. Rhodes also has a vast majority of legal experience in public sector law with a concentration on litigation, contract review, and implementation of governmental policies, procedures and legislation. Additionally, she has congressional legislative experience providing legal research and counsel on legislative matters involving the Fourth Congressional District, Louisiana. Ms. Rhodes is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the Louisiana Bar Association, and Shreveport Bar Association.
